Unhappy Can someone help?

I have installed the Nokia PC Suite on my computer and want to transfer files to my phone, but when I double click on 'Nokia 6680' it tells me that the 'operation could not be completed,' and consequently does not open.I have tried reinstalling the program, but am beginning to think that the problem may lie in the phone. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Ta.

Heylo.

Are you using the USB cable or Bluetooth? Is the Nokia icon in the system tray detecting your phone as connected?

it's started working now. I changed the name of my memory card and it's fine now. Not sure how or why! Perhaps being a bit temperamental. Thanks.

Mhm, memory card issues seem to be the most apparent cause of 6680-problems - is it the included 64mb card you have?
