Default Contacting Three via email.

I have just received my first bill from Three and they have my address wrong. I think this was a retailer fault and not Three.

I have read about how bad Three are with their call centres so tried to email them whilst logged in on their customer site. Everytime I try to send it the site says that there is a problem and to try later. However, it is always the same.

Does anyone know the address that it is sent to so that I can send it manually?

Thanks

Might be worth contacting your dealer & getting them to change it?

@chris4817 - the email addy you want is [email protected]

I've used it in the past to reasonable effect and that is the address used by them the last time we corresponded (June 2005).

Good luck with their Admin. They may not accept your instruction over the email. As bsrjl1 says, you may be better off getting the Dealer to sort this out for you as they have accesses not open to us mere Customers.
