Post EasyMobile Update

While not 3G, we have been following EasyMobile here. This is their latest email to customers:

This e-mail contains information about two new easyMobile.com services.

easyMobile.com is constantly working on improving our service. Therefore, we ask our customers to forward suggestions to help us enhance our service. Many have already sent their suggestions to us, and we thank you for this.

We are delighted to inform you that we have implemented two new services based on the suggestions that we have received. Below is a short description of these new services. Also keep an eye on our website and stay updated about our new services and promotions.

Voicemail - 222:
You can set up your voicemail on most mobile phones by dialling 222 and following the instructions given. If this does not work, please send an e-mail to with details about your phone’s make and model and your mobile phone number. We will then send you a guide on how to set this up manually.

Increased payment security
easyMobile.com is increasing payment security on our website. To enhance security for our customers easyMobile.com will introduce the Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode programme for payments on our website. When you are shopping online, your card details will only be known by you and your card issuer, which will reduce the risk of someone else getting access to your card and using it.

The programme will only apply for certain VISA and MasterCard credit cards, not all issuers have enrolled to the scheme.

In case your card is enrolled and you have not used the security before, the payment process will automatically take you to VISA or MasterCard’s website, where you have to sign up for the programme with a password by supplying your billing address details. After submitting the details you will automatically be led back to easyMobile.com and continue the payment process.

In case your card is enrolled and you have been using the password before, the payment process will automatically take you to VISA or MasterCard’s website, where you will have to enter your password. Upon confirmation of this you will automatically return to easyMobile.com, where you can complete the payment.

Customers with credit- or debit cards not enrolled to the scheme will not experience any difference.

If you are interested in reading more about the increased payment security, please visit VISA and MasterCard’s websites:

If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your card issuer, who will be able to provide you with further information.

Customer Service Hours:
If you have any other questions about your service you can find the answers by logging onto www.easyMobile.com or call Customer Service on 0845 612 4500, Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays from 9am to 6pm.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me directly by e-mail at .

Thank you for choosing easyMobile.com.

Best regards
