Default EasyMobile - Words of Warning

From the new Terms and Conditions:

"- To avoid non-intended use of easyMobile.com SIM cards, we reserve the right to close accounts in cases where we identify a customer with more than 5 SIM cards. However, we do not have the intention to close any existing accounts.
- For the reason of protecting easyMobile.com against fraudulent use we are going to use credit reference agencies at sign-up or upgrade of services.
- The terms have been updated in relation to the process of debt collection."

I know credit referencing and debt collection are standard practice in many business these days, but it's worth noting that they now apply to EasyMobile.
