I have two of these phones with an identical malfunction.

The two rightmost function buttons stopped responding. Everything else works OK.

These malfunctions occured at random times and for no reason whatsoever.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what did you do?

To the best of my knowledge this is not a 3G handset, but should anyone have any ideas I'm sure they will get back to you. It sounds likely that both handsets are running the same, buggy, firmware version and they need to be flashed with something newer.
