Nice slip up by Tesco..... sadly they have a clause in their terms that allowed them to get of of suppling the devices at the advertised price...

I almost wonder if sites do this just to get in the news... lets face it, how many people will have seen this hysteria and ended up browsing around the Tesco site?

Also ... it will not have been a 4G device as they will not be of any use over here. Unless, of course, Tesco grey imported them which is pointless as Apple will be selling them at all their usual countries simultaneously on 16th March.

It's still called WiFi + 4G.
Even though it'll likely never work in the UK.
(The inclusion of the latest HSPA stuff is probably enough to swing '4G' due to the theoretical data speeds... but... sigh. Apple arrogance.)
