Hi all,

Be advised that Video Value does not include clips from this years big brother.

If you want to watch these clips on your mobile you will need to be prepared to pay the price!

Why would you?

Get a freeview box for £39 and watch it properly!

Unfortunately they don't yet make a freeview box that can fit in ones pocket (yes, I know not many 3G phones fit comfortably in ones pocket either, but you get where I'm coming from!) so there is a temptation to watch such clips while moving around. Not including the clips in Video Value, however, is the issue here - they clearly should be!

Ah well, so long as people know to avoid them. Mobile 'clips' are generally a waste of money I must agree, but things like Video Value make them affordable.

its just a joke, 3 claim to be cheap however the value soon is lost when you start downloading out of bundle content

Are you sure about that? I have the £5 "all in" download content add-on and I emailed 3 to ask them if the clips are included and they said they are - however the live streaming is not, could you possibly have them mixed up?

edit:

Just to be sure, I have sent the following email to 3, I'll post the reply when it arrives...

Sirs

I have the £5 per month video-content add-on, please can you tell me if the pre-recorded Big Brother video clips which would usually be 50p each are included in the add-on.

Regards

Russ

I've just had a reply which claims the BB video clips are not included in the video content add-on even though the previous email they sent me says they are

I have called 3 to complain about being lied to and apprently a supervisor will call me back to sort it out.

Am I permitted to post the name of any lying 3 employees on this site?

Go nuts, here at Talk3G.co.uk we live to name and shame the scum of the industry (https://talk3g.co.uk/showthread.php?p=4457#post4457) ;)

It begins.....!

After a lengthy time on hold, I got through to a supervisor who told me that Big Brother video clips are NOT included in any add-on package, regardless of what I was told in an earlier email. Because I have proof that I was misled/lied to in the reply they sent me, they are going to refund me for all the BB clips I've downloaded.

So 3, back to your old tricks then eh? I feel the return of 3hell.com very very soon!

I would only suggest posting something that is avialable in the public domain. The posting of names could result in proceddings being brought againts you.

I provided consultancy for an un - named company and while in the course of my work I got caught up in a CS issue. My named appeared on a well known ADSL guide and the result of that the names were censored after action was threated

I used to post names on 3hell - I then had a letter from 3's legal representative Jenni A******e who told me there was nothing they could do about it but "please think about their privacy" - well duh, I'll think about their privacy when they think about telling the truth to their customers
