IPhones going with a Bang

Just found this. Apple appears to be having some issues that said Nokia also had an issue with battery.

Not sure what happened to this one but the picture has been doing the rounds due to it having happened on a plane. Hopefully it's nothing more than normal lithium polymer volatility... unfortunately this sort of thing can happen with any such battery powered device.

Given the sheer volume of iPhones sold, if this is an issue we'll be seeing a lot of similar reports quickly. That this is already a few days old and there hasn't been a rush of similar stories should mean it's not serious...
