Importing Contacts from MS Outlook to Cedar

Can anyone advise on how to transfer my Outlook contacts to my Sony Ericsson Cedar?

I'd assume that there's some SE software provided that sync's your Outlook contacts for you? Would be by cable, I'd imagine.

@Bioman - Another possibility would be to export your contacts as .VCF cards and save them to an SD card. Pop the SD card into your Cedar and import them into your contacts on the handset. The documentation around the Cedar is a bit sparse, but it is not unusual for a modern feature phone to support the .VCF standard.
