I'll certainly be sharing my recent experiences with Guy Lawrence. Hopefully if he has his finger on the pulse then they wont be alien to him.
To anyone else who has noticed Vodafone slipping lately I say this - make your voice heard!
A snippet from the GSMA referencing the Vodafone group CEO:
"Colao highlighted the issue during an earnings announcement last year, stating his intention to shift the companys focus from creating a stronger Vodafone, to a more valuable Vodafone a clear message that he was more concerned with generating (shareholder) value, than keeping a foothold in as many markets as possible."
I'm not sure there's anything for the consumer in Vittorio Colao's strategy at all.
