I started the 30-day SIM-only contract before the beginning of October, and so there is a pro-rated amount of "stuff" supplied. But now I have rolled over into October I would have expected the residual September content to have disappeared. But no.

Looking above my Internet is now 2GB remaining instead of the 1GB that the contract provides. The texts still seems to be pro-rated, the 3 to 3 voice minutes also, and so too the any network minutes.

Does anyone have any idea why the Internet has [apparently] rolled over into this month?

Weirder still, I have actually used some 31MB of Internet on this SIM ... I don't get it :)

AFAIK 3 apply an 'Internet Pack' to bundles which is higher than the published amount shown in your My 3 allowance. I took this up with them when a friend was promised 1.5GB on his contract and My 3 only detailed 500MB. According to the Mumbai call centre he had an extra pack applied that provided 2GB of data on top of the 500MB shown on My 3.

So far so good...... no issues!

Perhaps this is a new 3 underpromisng strategy.....???
