The problem with 3 is they will always offer great deals to get you hooked, then when you need help you are better off looking into fixing the problem yourself than calling 333.

Good old 3 up to form as ever.

My friend who got the good retention deal got two phones delivered!

What a shower of idiots.

I have informed him about unsolicited goods being delivered and advised him to call 3 and demand they make arrangements to collect the duplicate delivery.

It'll be interesting to see if they bother.
