Has anyone else tried calling O2 over the past few days? Their systems have been down due to either maintenance or system upgrade depending on who you talk to.

I'm calling to get my PAC, but this is yet another bad experience from O2's customer service for me. This is now worse than anything I experienced with 3, at least they'd talk to you!

I feel sorry for anyone working in the call centre, cos I'm sure they'll be getting abuse!

Been on hold for over 20 minutes now, so I'm assuming they're back up now.

I hate O2. On hold for 27 minutes only to be told "our systems are down". Not even a free tariff would make me stay now.

Judging by how long it took me to get one unlocked, their systems are probably still collapsing under the weight of processing iPhone unlock requests :D

Finally got through this afternoon and O2 texted me the PAC this evening, so it's all good now!

I'm not sure what O2 are up to these days but they really do seem to be having more than their fair share of system and network problems. I feel for them in many ways. But I'm still leaving come 1/2/10
