I know this is old news .... but the ineptness of this "Network" is betond belief

...Woke up this mornng to find my telephone line down . Spoke to Sky CS and they gave the impression than an openreach visit would be monday at the earliest - So I stopped off at the shop to buy a GB of mobile broadband , just to see me over the weekend

Get home, and try for an hour and a half to top up , only to be met with a stupid picture of some bint in a wooly hat ,scarf and gloves , with the caption

...Then, there is a ring on the door , an Openreach engineer . whp has located and fixed my fault !

Remind me NEVER to waste money on these idiots ever again !!

LoL! I don't even use my 3 mobile broadband much, but about half the time I try and access My3 I get that moronic wooly woman.

Nice to see their back-end is as rock-solid as ever. I'll never, ever forget the early days where when you rang up they had to find your account by your surname. They really did start as they meant to go on.
