Not that I am suggesting that Three need to take advantage of their "less savvy" customers (oh wait , actually that's EXACTLY what I am suggesting !)
Just stumbled across this while pricing up an N96 for a friend
Take a look at their Tariff Calculator
http://www.three.co.uk/personal/price_plans_/pay_monthly_/mix_a_plan.omp
Now , (considering tarrifs are offer for 300 mins/texts , 500 , 700 ,900 & 1100 ) you'd suspect that someone requiring 200 minutes + 200 texts pm would fit more than comfortably into the 500 plan , with an EXTRA 100 sms/mins - should the customer need more
Well , try it ! put 200 mins and 200 texts into the blender , you'll see Three 'prescribe' the more expensive 700 plan - which gives nearly DOUBLE the requirement
This may sound petty , but this annoys me -Blatantly abusing peoples trust in their "helpfulness" is sad and desperate.
