Hi everyone, i have heard that i can access files on my computer from my N95 when there connected but dont know how to do this (if you can do this) could anyone help me find out how or if i can do it :confused:

Well, you can use bluetooth (or cable) to send files from PC to the N95, and vice versa. But that is all done under the control of the PC, not the handset.
If you're on a PC you should use Nokia PC Suite which has a file explorer to do all that.

thanks, yer i already do that using the suite but this person said i could browse my computer files via the handset, i must of just mis heard him lol

Errr, I don't think so ... I've had/got two of the darned things and they're not that smart! Unless, of course, there is a 3rd party app that you could load up on the N95 - but if there is I don't know about it myself. Others here might :)

Can't you do some sort of media transfer using wifi?

Ok, you can do something along the lines of a home media server, see here: http://www.simplecenter.net/nokia/
Of course you can also use orb (http://www.orb.com/) which three have supported since xseries was introduced.
