We have all seen the headline price wars on pre-pay lately.
EasyMobile 5p/min, Fresh 4.7p/min etc etc.....
Who'd have thought Vodafone would have gazzumped them all (including 3) with the cheapest ever UK mobile calls.
The 'Stop the Clock' deal is'nt a promotion and provides off-peak calls for just 1/4 of 1p to any landline or mobile off-peak and at weekends - you just have to register. They now charge 15p for up to 1 hour calls within the timeframe. (Normal charges apply thereafter and outwith the limits). (X/Net calls off-peak are 35p/min so 60 mins costs £1.05 still less than 2p/min)
Well worth investigating if you have kids that like to call their friends on mobiles!
