i dropped my phone in the bath (stupid i know :p), but i managed to dry it out and get it working, only, the screen is really reeeeeeally dark and i can barely make out the text and stuffs
so i was wondering, could i get the screen repaired, and would it cost anything and if so how much?

If the phone itself is working, i.e. making and taking calls you should be able to get the screen repaired. Either take it to the operators shop you bought it from, they'll be able to help, or, look up yell.com for mobile phone handset repairs and find someone close to yourself. Worst case scenario, the repair is quite pricey, then buy yourself a new PAYG handset and swap your SIM into in, Robert's your dads brother, a new shiny phone.

The K800i on Vodafone (http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/index.cfm?go=payasyoutalk.productdetails&pid=599&WT.svl=link2) is £72 on PAYG. It will be locked to their network. You could get it unlocked for £10 at the local market stall or private phone shop, total outlay £82 which is pretty good value for what it is.

It would probably cost as much to repair the handset.

Water and handsets just do not mix - best keep the two as far apart from eachother as possible.

PS - On Orange it is £59 (http://www.prepaymania.co.uk/mobilephone/sony-ericsson-k800i-black-orange-payg.html) but you have to buy a £10 top-up voucher with it, so maybe not such a bargain unless you are already on Orange.
