O2 have tidied up their My O2 portal to good effect. It is much better laid out than the previous model. Getting to essential information like the billing and contract detail (size of allowances, usage, remaining contract life etc.) is now a breeze compared to how it used to be. The initial page presents all of the top-level information in one place.
It looks as if they have got someone to design it that actually knows a thing or two about how humans interact with computers. And not before time too, I used to dread going into the old My O2.
They've done a nice job indeed. Smiley faces all around :) and a big thumbs up too :cool:
