Both CPW and e2save now offer Virgin contract deals with headline prices that match the 3 deals they have been offering for some months.
Ultra desireable handsets like the Samsung D-500 can be bought on the Virgin 200 (18 months) contract for as little as £2.99/month for the 1st 10 months (cashback deal).
This aggressive move will undoubtedly hit 3 hard as their LG's and the Motorola a1000 will have difficulty competing against the Samsung and the Motorola V3.
3 offer more inclusive minutes of course but the attractive handsets Virgin are providing may more than offset that advantage for most customers.
Another interesting mobile market development.
