From what I've heard, it's a far from perfect 'touch' front end for Windows Mobile. This is just HTC pumping out more very generic handsets at an alarming rate. I do wonder what their licensing deal is with Microsoft, because their intention seems to be to flood the market with the OS - in as many shapes and sizes of hardware as possible and under lots of different brands.
