3's welcome reduced EU roaming rates apply equally to PAYG users but it is worth pointing out that 3 DO NOT have roaming agreements for PAYG customers throughout the EU.

Countries with NO 3 PAYG Roaming include:

EU pricing for the countries listed above is not an issue as 3 do not support PAYG roaming for travellers to these destinations.
