Hi folks,Can anyone help me? I bought the previously owned phone listed in the title. I live in N.Ireland and the phone was registered in the Republic of Ireland. I inserted the sim card from my old LG phone but the above phone won't accept it. I contacted 3 who told me this phone is not available from them in UK. Is there anyway round this problem ? I can only assume that the handset is locked to Three ROI and has been prevented from working with a Three UK USIM. Is there any way you can continue to use a Three ROI USIM in the handset? It's either that or try and get the handset unlocked.

Well, there you have it. Three UK only accepts 3G handsets.
