Bluetooth Trouble ... Help!!

If anyone can help, I'll be eternally grateful. Everything on the U400 is working fine other than Bluetooth. Whenever I go into ... Tools ... Connectivity ... Bluetooth, I just get a message saying "PLEASE CHANGE THE BLUETOOTH ADDRESS", with no option to enter any information.

The guys at the 3 Store have never seen this, I have tried a master reset, and nothing! All help much appreciated!

Hi Kallis100 = welcome to Talk3G.

It sounds like the firmware in the U400 has been corrupted somehow. The LG were never very good at holding on to their firmware! I suggest that you get the handset repaired under the 3 warranty. They'll just reflash it with the current firmware which should solve your problem.
