On my N70, whenever I try to open up the music player or Gallery, it starts to load, then just closes straight away! I've tried changing to the original settings, updating the firmware and it's not my memory card which is the problem! Help!

To be absolutely sure I would recommend that you perform a Factory Reset on the N70. My thinking is that something in the OS60 registry may be screwed up - and unless you have a registry editor and know what you are doing a Factory Reset will best position you to remedy the fault.
You will lose all of your stored information so make sure that you back it up first. Contacts especially will be lost - save them using the Nokia Suite to back up to your PC.
If the Factory reset does not solve your problem with the Music Player and Gallery it could warrant a fresh reload of the firmware using the Nokia Software Updater.
This is very unlikely to be any kind of hardware fault, which is good news - I reckon.
Do let us know how you get on.

Are you sure it's not something corrupted on your memory card?
Maybe copy the contents of your memory card to your computer, format the memory card in the phone, then copy back the things you want on the card into the relevant places.
