3 UK have recently introduced some new terms in their price guide.
You have to stick to your original price plan for 12 months.
You can only drop to a price plan one step below the one you bought.
They can charge you to do this (administration fee).

Many customers are now reporting a charge of £25 to make a change even although they bought their contract before the new rules came into force. Some are also reporting that 3 are asking them to commit to a further minimum period when the change has been effected.
AFAIK the above is detremental and would trigger the ability to cancel the contract with 30 days notice.
Not a happy story and retrospectively changing conditions is a sure fire way to antagonise customers and loose them even faster!!
