God-awful phone though, no? I mean you'd have to want to punish yourself pretty badly if you were to spend a lifetime with it ;)
Still, I believe the handset is cheaper than the bundled credit?

It's not free forever..... its only free until the end of 2007 on WePay and your initial top-up only has a validity period of 60 days then it has to be refreshed with another top-up.
So its a minimum of £29.99.... and you need to carry about a 1/2 brick to take advantge of it... oh and there's the pain using it on a numeric keypad (not really very practical as I've tried it and if you are chatting with someone on a PC its frustrating).
This just might appeal to some younger folks but I bet they dont think about the practicalities before they dive in and buy one of these. 3 will shift a few but how long folks will use them for is another issue... not long I suspect due to the horrific phone, high call and text charges and fiddly MSN.
