I've just spoken to my 'Vodafone Business Team'. My business account with Vodafone is hardly a large one, but that doesn't seem to affect for a moment the level of service offered.
My call was promptly answered. I explained that in addition to my datacard I want another data SIM on their 250MB package but don't need the additional hardware. The helpful lady immediately processed my request, promising me the SIM card by Tuesday and giving me it's new mobile number.
As this was on account no further details needed to change hands. The entire process probably took under a minute, certainly less time than it has taken me to write this post.
And so there it is. Vodafone Business Teams are ruthlessly efficient and responsive. Let's just hope Vodafone can follow through on actually providing for the requirement ;)
