New tariffs from T-Mobile and Tesco have put pressure on 3's WePay PAYG offering.
Now Vodafone have laid into the WePay scheme with new off-peak X/net calls at just 10p per minute. Add stop the clock (free) and you can chat for up to an hour for 30p to any other UK mobile off-peak and all weekend.
Compare the above to WePay where a similar 60 minute X/Net off-peak call would cost a whopping £18.00!!
Students and social phone users will have to look carefully now at their pre-pay service as most networks have been substantially reducing consumer pricing over the last few months. (3 increased X/Net calls on WePay to 30p a minute from the previous 20p a minute on ThreePay).
