Errr, I'm guessing that you've found the volume rocker on the RHS of the 6280? If thats not enough then you're fairly stuffed, thats as good as it gets! Unless someone knows different :)

Unfortunately it doesnt adjust the volume of the incoming call video in the event of a call. Playing it back sounds loud... but its uber soft when the video is playing during the call event.
