My friend was around my house the other day, and he asked me to put a few mp3's on his 6230i for him. So I plugged his phone into my computer via the DKU-2 cable, and a message on his phone popped up saying 'use phone as a storage device?'. He told me just to press yes, so I did jus that. Then as I went into my computer, I saw that the memory card on his phone showed up as an external drive. I though 'wow, that must be so much easier'. Then I thought it would be so much less complicated if my N70 could do that, instead of loading up Nokia PC Suite just to get the connection even recognised! Anyone know of how I could do this?

I'm not sure about the N70 to be honest, I don't think my 6680 used to prompt.

The SE W900i and Nokia N80 both prompt, allowing them to be used for mass storage.

Hmmm, as does the 6280. But are you sure that the N70 does not simply appear in Windows Explorer as an external USB storage device? If not its own memory then the memory card on it?

i would just buy one of the multi card readers then you can just pop the memory card in and drag and drop onto the card.....(i think) but this is probably the most expensive way of tryin to deal with your issue
