I'd happily bet that this (little..?) number will be on T-Mobile for their August HSDPA launch. I suspect they're going to open the doors to their HSDPA network with full coverage in their 3G areas and want to push something like this hard.

It's certainly the new ultimate converged mobile!

Hi Guys

First post in ages

I am currently providing project management services to a T-Mobile centre and I was talking to one of the agents and he showed me the coming section that is only available on internal systems and this phone is due for a launch in August.

Cant wait, this will replace my universal (MDA Pro)

Thanks for the tip! I believe T-Mobile HSDPA launches August 1st, perhaps a hint at the launch date of this phone also?

I know what you mean

If the Vario 2 is like the Vario then this will be an excellent phone that be useful in terms of tech for a long time

I've never really been tempted by smartphones due to the size etc, but with the TyTN being 3g I'm a lot more tempted! Expecially as it's very future proof!! And it isn't THAT huge.

I can always keep my v3x for going to the pub etc, once it's been unlocked of course. Or maybe get a small 3g nokia or something. Can't see me staying with 3 if I had a TyTN tho with all the stuff it can do. They'd probably block half of the stuff on it anyway!!

T-mobile would be more appealing I think...

Will have to see how much T-mob will be charging for it tho...and what 3
will/would charge if it comes out on their network
