Hi does anyone know how to use the nokia 6280 as a modem in OSX (ppc powerbook NOT intel )

Depends what network you are on. I managed to get a N80 working on OSX to browse the net

I take it you've hooked up over Bluetooth? Assuming you're on a capable network it could be as simple as making a dial-up connection to dial *99# over the bluetooth modem.

Is your 6280 recognised by iSync btw?

Hi thank you very much for your replies :-)

I actually got the 6280 working as a modem via osx (even though it´s a bit dodgy) I downloaded some modem scripts (from somewhere around here : http://www.taniwha.org.uk) and it works!! with the modification that you somtimes have to log out and in of osx to restart the modem.
If someone is interrestet please say so.
