I'm trying to set up email on my new phone and they just don't want to go through. Speaking to cs and the girl said that unless the email is a text message with an email address going through to 190 then it won't go through.

Currently on hold waiting for someone smarter, so I am wondering if anyone else has any experience of this.

Not to worry, I have it fixed now. Such an obvious mistake, I had to set my outgoing mail server to smtp.t-email.co.uk. *slaps forehead* Why didn't I know this in the first place?!?
