From Mobilegazette.com (15/02/2005):
A very close relative of the Z500, the Z300 comes with pretty much the same feature set, plus stereo sound output and enhanced graphics capabilities.
The SGH-Z300 is a 3G handset with tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900), expandable memory using TransFlash (with 50Mb internal memory as standard), Bluetooth, a one megapixel primary camera, 176x220 pixel main display in 262,000 colours, email client and basically all the same features that are in the Z500, plus stereo loudspeakers.
It's a heavier than the Z500 at 110 grams and 89x47x26mm, presumably this is mostly because of the speakers. Still, this is pretty compact for a 3G phone and it squeezes a lot of features into a small handset.
The launch date of this handset has not been announced.
