You know when you log on to My 3 via three.co.uk there is the option to contact 3 through the website. Has anyone ever used this function? I've tried numerous times over the past 11 months only to get "sorry this service is unavailable at this time, please try later". I've had to ring the call centre, which to be honest has worked better as I've had a quicker response, but sometimes I don't want to speak to a customer rep.

I have used their webform method to contact CS successfully on several occasions. They have responded with the [email protected] address and subsequent comms on the particular topic has been directly with them via that. So yes, it does work - or at least it used to!
