Is it still only vodafone that offer free browsing without being charged?

I am hoping orange introduce such a feature tbh.

What are o2's/t-mobile and 3's policy?

Free browsing is also available on the 3 network.

The others will have to follow if they are to be at all competitive. Once the punter catches on that they'll pick up GPRS charges for browsing their own portal they'll be looking to other networks come contract renewal time.
