I have been busy with Reviews and also adding content such as a Chat Room and a Photo Gallery on the website.

But there anything else anyone can thing of that will help improve thr site?

I think the most important aspect of your site would be informative reviews of handsets and 3G services - and you already seem to have all the right sources! I know reviews especially take a lot of time and effort, but your (and our) users will be extremely grateful for such efforts in the longrun. I always search for online reviews of things before taking the plunge - it's so helpful to get someone elses point-of-view when you're madly after a new product/service - love is blind! :p

I think they're coherent and don't detract from what you're trying to say in the text itself. If the layout is working for you then stick with it - it works just fine for me.
