hello everyone - newbie here,
I need help!!, got a samsung z500mobile & have installed the disc that came with it onto my pc - pc studio 111 , when I go to this and open it up it wont let me upload or download anything to or from my phone...
what am I doing wrong - I have the phone plugged into the usb that came with it so what am I doing wrong...the light on the usb cable is red - should it be green ?
and do I have to do the internet access thing that came with it ??

what am i doing wrong as its doing my head in !!

In my experience, the PC studio software can be a little tempremental when using a z500, whem I plug mine in it doesn't recognize the phone straight, first of all make sure your bluetooth is turned off as it won't conect via usb if BT is turned on. Turn the phone off whilst it is plugged into the PC, turn back on, if the pc doesn't recognise it straight away unplug the usb and plug it back in again. A lot of messing about I know but this should sort things for you.

Also the sb light should be red all the time it is plugged in to the PC.
