Here is a little page on the BBC where you can watch 6 video messages captured and sent in using 3G phones about the Conservative manifesto. It looks like they've set up some kind of representative panel or something.
The quality of most of them, quite frankly, isn't going to make you jump up and buy a 3G phone. What is nice, however, is to see the video feature of handsets having a real impact on how journalism is produced. I can certainly see a big future for video calling and messaging as the quality improves, anyway.
