My HDS-3 headset that came with my N70 got caught under something and broke. If i send a letter to Nokia asking for a replacement, and insted of a HDS-3 ask for a HS-3, do you think i would get one. I prefer HS-3 as it looks and feels better.

You could always try. Life loves a tryer :) Although I doubt that you are covered for a breakage that is not strictly a design or manufacturing fault.
If Nokia say a big "No" and you're feeling a bit flush you could do a lot worse than have a looksee what alternatives are available from http://www.mobilefun.co.uk

Failing that try ebay I just picked up my THIRD HS-3 headset from there for £3.98 all in.
The first set's earphones kept cutting out.
Vodafone High St Kensington replaced them in store.
The 2nd set. Same problem. Vodafone Kingston told me Vodafone have never done 'in-store' replacements on earphones.
I laughed at them and phoned 191 to moan.
The VERY nice man at Vodafone 191 told me to go buy a set from The Link or somewhere because he couldnt find them on their internal catalogue and he'd refund the amount on my next monthly bill!
Which he did. £24.99 in fact!
But.. I lost that set today, (along with my Ray-ban Aviators - grr - another stort), at a shopping centre in Bristol.. So I headed to ebay..
And voila!
99p Buy it Now + £2.99 p&p.
Sorted!

Quick alert -
When buying from ebay - make sure the stuff is in its original packaging and un-opened!
I got my HS-3 earphones yesterday and they weren't in the Nokia pack.
Turns out they're useless. They work - but the sound is tinny and rubbish.
Cheeky old me took em back to The Link and exchanged them.
( i still had the receipt from the pair I lost! )
But yeah - be careful!
Whatleydude -
Now on his 4TH set of earphones! I've only had the phone since October!
