Does anyone know were I can file browsing software for the N70 or Nokia smartphones in general

I am looking fro something that allows me to view files and folders on another device or PC

I'm not sure what you mean by browsing on the PC...
But I use FExplorer on my N70 and I got that from www.dotsis.com/vb
