I had my first experience of Vodafone's new dedicated business support teams today.
Upon dialling the business support number, I was prompted to enter either my business account number or a mobile number. After entering my datacards number, I was connected straight to my team and a nice helpful lady who sounded more like she was in a conventional office than a call centre.
I asked various questions and she sifted through her emails etc for answers, she made a minor change to my DD details that both 191 and the Vodafone store where I opened my business account couldn't do and I completed the call feeling very happy indeed.
Top notch customer service. Shame it's reserved for business really. Oh well!
