Can someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese help me out. I got a 6680 on Orange PAYG 3G and its working fine apart from getting Orange TV.

Ever since i got the phone on Thursday, when i click on the page to download the Orange TV App is says there is a temp fault and can i please try later.

This is since thursday!!. I really want to get OTV on the phone so i can use it.

Does ANYONE have the install file for OrangeTV they can send me?

Have you called 350? If so, what did they say? Surely this is something they'd want to fix ASAP?

I have phoned 350 and was advised all i could do was to keep trying. He said for me to lock onto GSM and try then and i got the same error page come up

WAYHAY!!! ALL SORTED!!.

I now know what the problem was. When you join Orange you call a number which will give you your mobile number and PIN via text automaticly.

However I had not phoned Orange and set a password or gave any of my details which meant I was unable to subscribe or download anything.

This has now been done and I downloaded and have used Orange TV fine just a few minutes ago.
