A 3G pre-pay performer maybe? I don't really rate Sagem, but I do know they've had their fans over on the cheapy end of GSM pre-pay - though I think that was some time ago now (about a year or maybe even two, maybe). What with Stop the Clock and Vodafone Live! I'd imagine any cheap handset on Vodafone will be an attractive proposition.
