I have just called Three to change price plans to one of their new Online plans.
I spoke to a great advisor and i must say that I was extremely impressed.
The advisor was Indian but he was remarkably polite and clear. The young man explained everything that he was doing and he broke everything down for me bit by bit. The advisor the recapped everything he had done with my account and gave me the date in which the changes would take affect.
I also noticed that when 3 Customer Services answer the phone they already know who you are by your number, like Orange Customer Services. It isnt anything major but I find it does make a difference when they answer the phone with "Hello Mr...."
This customer advisor was excellent at his job, and just as good as an Orange advisor. Obviously not all of the advisors are as good as he was, but it certainly gave me hope for the future!
