Yes thats right! three acually just asked for my opinion! I am very shocked at that. However, sadly it wasnt about the internet access but it was about CS

I rang up a CS advisor to get international roaming activated and the lady on the phone was extreamly helpful indeed! I understood everything she said, I only waited 2 minutes to get through, and she activated it there and then!
I have to say I left positive feedback as it was the most helpful they have ever been! Maybe three are changing there ways and giving there staff in india more training!?!

I've heard of these surveys before - at least they acknowlegde that there's a problem and they're monitoring the quality of service.

It's almost a shame that it came after a positive experience - it'd have been more constructive after a negative one. Still, good all the same!

Yes thats what i was thinking on the phone, but I felt that it wouldnt be fair on the lady I spoke to, to say that she was bad. I have never really had a bad experience with 3 CS but this has been the best so far, so I think they deserve the good feedback.
