. Just received my z500 and I'm impressed so far but I'm struggling to link correctly with pc studio. Keep getting the error message 'Could not retrieve directory contents'. What do i need to do. Is there a pc studio manual online anywhere?

I did... and in the support section I entered Z500 into the search box and it couldn't find anything! Had the E720... not the Z500 though :S

Have you tried uninstalling all the software, rebooting, reinstalling it and then reconnecting the phone? Ensure you're installing the software as the PC administrator (not a guest or standard user account if using XP/2000).

Should be straightforward. I managed to install the PC Studio no problem and can transfer files etc. Have to admit I am a bit lazy and tend to use bluetooth via a dongle on my laptop for image and music transfers, takes longer but its so easy.
