No GPRS or MMS but does seem cheap for calls to other mobiles. You ARE allowed dial up data calls if you want to.

How very confusing, though, to call them both essentially the same save for the one word "Value".

This service is an MVNO on O2's network. So coverage should not be an issue for most.
