I've been reaping the benefits of Nectar points for some time now, but it seems the scheme is about to crumble.

From the end of August Vodafone customers will no longer receive nectar points, and the same goes for Barclaycard. Vodafone's letter concentrates on Stop The Clock as a 'replacement' for Nectar, though, of course, one has to be prepared to accept a modified priceplan which I am not.

Yea, I'm a bit fed up about that too ........ I had read somewhere that Nectar was getting dropped all over the place. Just when I was getting a decent set of Nectar points too (although most come from my fuel purchases, it was always nice to get some when spending or calling !!). STC is a demon idea though, had a go at it last weekend. There is something very satisfying seeing only 90p go on a 60 minute call.
